Q 1. Do you ship worldwide?
Ans. Currently, KVDE is based in Melbourne, Australia, thus can only ship and delivery within Australia. However, as our popularity continues to expand in Australia, KVDE aims to further shipping Worldwide.
Q 2. How long does shipping take?
Ans. 4-7 business days for standard deliveries. However, on special request, we can do express shipping which takes 1-2 days in metro areas only.
Q 3. Where do the products come from?
Ans. All products are imported from overseas. Our main importer of Hookah Pipes in China. But KVDE also imports from India, Egypt, Germany & Russia to provide a competitive price to the customers.
Q 4. What are the exchange and refund policies?
Ans. Refunds on products can be made only if the product is found defective and faulty. We cannot do refunds based solely that you have changed your mind. if you would like to get a refund for a faulty or damaged item then send us an inquiry about your product with the attached photo of the product. This must be done within 2 days of the product being delivered. However, if you would like another product on our site, we can happily give you free shipping on the product.
Q 5. What is the method to pay for the products?
Ans. You can either use Paypal to pay by Credit card Or Bank Transfer. Once the payment has been successful, you will be notified via email and your product will then be shipped.
